William D. Lister (Haulage) Ltd was founded over 40 years ago by Mr William Dennis Lister who still acts as a consultant today.

 

The company is now headed by Mr Ian Lister and supported by Transport Manager, Mr Paul Hollis along with a highly trained dedicated workforce, some of whom have 20 years service.

All Lister Haulage vehicles have a unique name.

 

William D. Lister started the practice following his interest in the woollen mills of Halifax.

 

All the fleet are named "Pennine" followed a word linked to the woollen mill industry.
